According to reports, the actress had filed the complaint with Mumbai Police on Thursday around 12:10 pm. She gave a written complaint following which an FIR was registered against Wadia under Section 354, 506 and 509 of IPC. Prity has alleged that she was molested by Ness inside the Wankhede stadium on May 30, on 30 may an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings was played in Wankhede stadium.
Ness Wadia Shocked at the complaint, Ness issued a statement saying, "I am shocked at the complaint and the allegations made against me and they were totally false and baseless."
